Dear Author, thank you for signing up for Yuletide! Whether it is your first year, or you've been signing up for years, I hope you have fun.

Overall things I love in fic, no matter the fandom: relationship negotiation, polyamory, threesomes/moresomes, snuggling/cuddling in romantic OR platonic ways, people cooking for others ('food as a metaphor for love' is the AO3 tag of my heart), fic where people pretend to be married or accidentally get married, soulbonds (platonic or otherwise!), magical realism, name-on-skin stories. Tropes, basically! All the tropes!

Gen, het, slash, I am pretty much open to anything, and any rating. The only AU I'm not keen on is the high school AU. Honestly, the only thing I'm not too keen on in fic is kinks involving bathroom functions, and I'd prefer no character death unless it's already in canon.

Fandom-specific requests:

Olympus Has Fallen: What I love most about this movie is the friendship that's implied between Mike, Ben, and Margaret before the bridge accident ruins everything in the beginning of the movie. I would love fic that explores this, platonically or threesome-y. I know Margaret is not a nominated character so if something set post-movie is more your style, that would be great as well. (What will the sequel hold? I hope it's as entertaining as the original.)

Good Will Hunting RPF: Allow me to return to Damon/Affleck, a fandom that was once a huge part of my life. ;-) Forever my OTP! Feel free to include wives/girlfriends but please no super-angsty cheating/breakup sadness. AUs are also great if you want to pretend real life doesn't exist for these dudes, and make them cowboys or forensic investigators or time-travelers.

Terminator: Genisys: Somehow this was the movie I loved the most this summer, I don't know how it happened! (MOM AND DAD DON'T WANT TO BE ROBOTS WITH ME SO I WILL BLOW SHIT UP! Oh, John.) What I would love most is fic about John before Skynet took him over, or maybe fic about the real John still being alive inside there somewhere. If you want to write only about John, that is great - I included Kyle because I would 100% read John/Kyle but please don't feel like you need to go there if it's not something you think you can write, I know incest isn't everyone's deal even if Kyle doesn't know about being John's dad until after he time-travels. (I know I didn't include Sarah in character picking, but I would also read the story where Kyle and Sarah don't end up together, if something like that is your style.)

Tomorrowland: Anything? Anything! I may add more details to this once I re-watch the movie, but I loved all of the nominated characters, so anything about them is A+.

ETA: Rewatching the movie, I wonder - was there a time when Frank and David got along, in Tomorrowland? Or maybe something about the Newton family post-movie? If you want to write about Frank and Athena and their unrequited issues (me, in the movie theater, yelling at the screen: "REALLY, DISNEY? REALLY? YOU WENT THERE?") that is also great.

Texas Killing Fields: I nominated this, so I should request it, even though I am relatively certain that no one else will offer. That said, if this is what we're matched on: HOORAY! Everyone in this movie is so sad! Whatever you might want to write, I'm sure I will love. What I want most of all is post-movie Mike/Brian/Gwen, or even a more platonic version where Brian and Gwen make Mike part of their family. I would also be interested in Mike and Pam trying to work things out, even if they don't actually get back together.
